Sleep is one of life's core activities of daily living; a state of altered consciousness, during which the body rests and restores itself. Commonly de-prioritised, the impacts of good and bad sleep on our waking hours are significant.

This 2024 infographic series covers a breadth of themes - from circadian rhythm and sleep cycles, to quality versus quantity, difficulties often encountered and strategies for positive sleep practice. The format aims to build awareness and understanding, both for clinicians and those they support.
